The ultimate wedding package

Join us for a complimentary consultation in a relaxed setting, to help us develop a real sense of the sort of ambiance you’d like for your big day. We’ll also discuss budget and various options open to you
Once you decide you’d like Indigo Sky to help create your perfect day, we sign an agreement contract for complete transparency of costs and to help you budget for your wedding
We’ll source everything you need for a truly memorable day: from a venue with that wow factor, to show-stopping flowers, and delicious catering – all to perfectly complement and enhance the overall ‘feel’ of your wedding
We liaise with suppliers, negotiating excellent prices and booking on your behalf. We’ll manage your budget, confirm arrangements and generally take care of all the footwork that goes with planning a wedding
We’ll stay in constant contact with you, so that you can enjoy the excitement of planning your wedding, without the heartache! We’ll even help you with managing the guest list and devising table plans
Before your big day, we’ll meet up to run through the finer details, and provide you with a full plan of the event
We’ll even discreetly manage suppliers, guests and last minute tasks on your wedding day, so it flows seamlessly - leaving you completely free to enjoy the moment!

Completion consultancy

If you’ve planned and organised all the major elements of your wedding, but are finding the last few weeks a little fraught, we’ll tie up the loose ends
We’ll meet you 6-8 weeks before the wedding, so you can hand over all responsibility for dealing with suppliers to us. We’ll look after the nitty gritty: from confirming bookings, to managing payment, signing contracts and generally ensuring all the logistics are cared for
We’ll make sure you feel completely in control, and if you’d like, we’ll attend your day, to discreetly manage suppliers, guests and last minute tasks, so it flows seamlessly - leaving you completely free to enjoy the moment!

Wedding day management

You’ve put your heart and soul into planning your wedding, but you want to be sure that you can relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour on the day itself
We’ll meet you 4 weeks before the big day, so you can hand over all responsibility and begin to focus on pampering yourself!
We’ll attend both your wedding rehearsal and the day itself, so that you can forget about dealing with suppliers, or smoothing out any final hiccups. All that’s left for you to do is to get wrapped up in the moment with your friends and family
Don’t worry – we’re entirely discreet – you won’t even know we’re there!
